Order Cancellation, Return & Exchange

THE PERFUME STORE will happily accept returns due to change of mind as long as a request to return is received by us within 7 days of receipt of the item and is returned to us in original packaging, unused and in resalable condition.

Orders can be exchanged from the nearby THE PERFUME STORE Outlets, simply produce the purchase invoice at the counter and exchange your desired product at your convenience. 

Our customer care representative will contact within 24hrs in order to process your request.

Cancellations

If you change your mind within 12 hrs. of placing your order, you are eligible to cancel your order without being charged a cancellation fee
